98ab Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 98ab ("the Company", "98ab", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 98ab website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, payment facilities, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

Your continued access to or use of the 98ab Platform — including browsing, account registration, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any game — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or supplementary policies published on the 98ab Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

98ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to the 98ab Platform and its Services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using the 98ab Platform is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not on any self-exclusion register operated by 98ab or any third-party responsible gaming authority;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

98ab also reserves the right to request additional proof of identity, source of funds, or address verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each User may hold one (1) account on the 98ab Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a verifiable email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. 98ab will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

• You must not share your 98ab account credentials with any other person;
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account;
• You must notify 98ab support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• 98ab will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

98ab reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its absolute discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the User poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

All transactions on the 98ab Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 98ab supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Minimum deposit: Rs 300. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Maximum transaction limits are published in the cashier section and are subject to periodic review.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made from an account belonging to another person, regardless of their relationship to you — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. 98ab aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts and on the same business day for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), subject to KYC verification being complete.

• 98ab reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that it deems unusually large or inconsistent with normal account activity;
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the KYC process has not been completed to 98ab's satisfaction;
• 98ab does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges;
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes initiated against 98ab through a payment provider will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

All bets placed on the 98ab Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform, the sport-specific or game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that particular bet or game.

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 98ab system. Confirmation will be displayed on-screen and recorded in your account's bet history. Verbal or informal commitments by support staff do not constitute a valid bet.

• 98ab reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error;
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded prior to bet placement — where the User had prior knowledge of the outcome — will be voided;
• In-play betting is offered on selected cricket markets and other events. All in-play odds are subject to change up to the moment of confirmation;
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are published in the Platform's betting rules section and are subject to change;
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, settlement rules specific to that market will apply as published on the Platform.

98ab offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Users from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 98ab promotional offers:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms;
• One account per promotion: Each promotion is available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account suspension;
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion-specific terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account automatically;
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live sports betting, slots, and casino games may carry different contribution percentages as stated in the promotion terms;
• Withdrawal before wagering completion: Where a User requests a withdrawal before meeting the applicable wagering requirement, 98ab reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount from the withdrawal sum.

98ab reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any User from a promotion where evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is identified.

98ab is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If at any point gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, the User is strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their 98ab account.

The following tools are available to all registered Users directly within account settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period;
• Session time reminders: Configurable on-screen alerts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account is preserved and the balance is intact; platform access is disabled for the duration;
• Self-exclusion: A formal request to close the account for a minimum of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to the 98ab support team and will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will be suspended and the User will be blocked from creating a new account.

Users of the 98ab Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct. Violation of any prohibition listed herein may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to arbitrage betting conducted in a systematic or automated manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational use;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 98ab;
• Colluding with other Users to fix the outcome of a game or event, or to exploit a bonus in a coordinated fashion;
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 98ab staff or other Platform users through any channel.

All content on the 98ab Platform — including but not limited to the 98ab brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data displays, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 98ab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from 98ab;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's content or brand identity;
• Use the 98ab name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written consent.

98ab collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 98ab Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 98ab collects personal data including identity documents, contact information, payment details, betting history, and technical data (IP address, device identifiers) for the purposes of account administration, KYC and AML compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. 98ab does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98ab, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

98ab does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that it will be compatible with all devices and connection types. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services.

In the event of a technical error that results in the incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, 98ab reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected accounts accordingly. Users who have gained a financial advantage as a result of a manifest technical error may have the relevant winnings voided.

98ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• The User has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continuation of the account relationship poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 98ab;
• The User has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine account balance will be returned to the User via the most recent verified payment method on file, net of any amounts owed to 98ab. Where a breach is involved, 98ab reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and legal advice.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 98ab support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under the Responsible Gaming provisions at Section 7 above.

98ab reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 98ab will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform or via email to the registered address on your account. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

If you continue to use the 98ab Platform after any amended Terms have been posted, you will be deemed to have accepted those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the 98ab support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98ab holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to the 98ab support team for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified by 98ab's licensing authority. 98ab is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will cooperate fully with any regulatory review process.
